UHH/HawCC New Faculty Appreciation

The joint Education Committees of the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hawaii have sponsored the UHH/HawCC New Faculty Appreciation Banquet at the Kamehameha School Hawaii campus. Twenty nine new faculty were recognized at the event, with over 150 attendees in the
audience. Entertainment was provided by the UHH Flute Quartet, with welcoming messages by Dr Stan Fortuna - Kamehameha School Headmaster, Dr Stephan Hora - UHH Vice-Chancellor, Dr Rockne Freitas - HawCC Chancellor, Dr Rose Tseng - UHH Chancellor and Dr David McClain - President of University of Hawaii. In all a great event that binds our community with the university.
